Sacred Doorways...

Women are a sacred doorway....

The mystery of a woman is a doorway
into humanity’s infinite freedom.
― Lebo Grand

This photograph was altered with an app that makes images look like art. The result struck me as oracular in nature, in that my forehead (unexpectedly) has a charcoal shadow at my third eye, which looks like a doorway!
Look how my left eye (which represents masculine energy) appears to be focused inward, upward, toward the spirit realm. Maybe longing for holy communion with the Goddess; yearning for wisdom, for healing, for the sensual joy of holy re-union.
Oh! And, ever so faintly, can you see the pale traced wings of a butterfly upon my chest (though still weak and damp from recent unfurling)? As if, my heart chakra opened in unison with my third eye chakra for the final stage of transformation. Freedom!
The Oracle Message

Woman: A doorway into the holy mysteries
You are the Temple.
Know, and be free.
Your heart is an altar
Bridging heaven and earth.
Within, you hold unfathomable magick, power and wisdom...
Woman, keep open the door of Spirit: Therein dwells the Holy She.
With deep, dark contemplation and sparks of blinding light
You are the clear, calm, compassionate witness.
You are the Divine Seer.
Perceiving all with eyes of Love
You dream the future into being...
Woman, keep open the door of Spirit: Behold the realm of illumination.
You are enlightened from within.
Trust your intuitive knowing.
Follow playfully your wild imagination.
Hold space in your heart, mind and body
For the souls creative existence to blossom and thrive...
Woman, keep open the door of Spirit: Envision a world of peace and beauty.
Divine grace and inspiration are gifts.
Embody your authentic and sovereign expression.
Allow your innate free will and inner authority to guide your path.
Speak the secret language of sacred prayer - She listens.
Declare health, wealth, wellness and blessings upon one and all...
Woman, keep open the door of Spirit: That which you desire is NOW made manifest.

Star of Inanna @ 3rd Eye Chakra

The third eye chakra is a sacred doorway...

Remember:
the entrance door to the sanctuary
is inside you.
― Rumi

The minds eye (thought to be the source of inner vision) is located in the center of the brain in a tiny pinecone shaped organ called the pineal gland. Known as the seat of the soul, the third eye is said to house the soul. When open, it bridges the spiritual and earthly realms which allow for psychic abilities, mystical experiences and/or ESP.

Most have heard: The eyes are the windows to the soul...
whereby, we may see another's emotion or unspoken thoughts.

Likewise, the third eye or Ajna chakra, is a doorway into the Spirit realm through which we perceive from a higher perspective, beyond the five physical senses. From this state of extrasensory awareness we witness ourselves, others and everything as life force energy, each a part of the whole  interconnected  inseparable from Source.
Source Consciousness is how we know this and other Divine Truths.

The Sanskrit word आज्ञा Ajna has been translated as will, authority, command, summoning, and (perceivebeyond wisdom. By developing and activating this chakra, we literally open the door to our higher self, to higher spiritual frequencies, to the power of SOURCE within! Thus, we are in direct communication with the Divine! Simplified, this means, when we align with our higher self through clarity and focus, Source Consciousness empowers us to soulfully manifest whatsoever we will to be so. This is because the Ajna holds our most divine will as sacred. Our divine will is in alignment not only with our highest good, but with the highest good of all, and this alignment of will with the highest potential becomes a clear channel for manifestation to flow freely and easily. Therefore, it is imperative that we are in alignment with Source, that our chakras are open, and that we are centered in love during prayer and all acts of divine will.

This is why while praying we clarify:
This, or something better. And, With harm to none.

The illusion of separation
between self and spirit dissolves
when the third eye connection is cultivated.

Prayer is a sacred doorway....

The prayerful act of communicating soulfully and sincerely with the Divine is the key that opens the door of a closed or fearful heart.

Prayer is defined as: a way of being and relating to the Divine.

In this light we must question:
Why have we been taught to pray with contrition and supplication?

The obvious answer is to control, to manipulate, or to destroy our innate relationship with our self and with the Divine. To coerce us to beg and repent in our secret conversations with Source is to degrade us on a soul level, and to wrongly encourage us to believe that we are unworthy, inferior, and/or forsaken. To do so implies that the very nature of our being-ness is not divine! Ultimately, this lie attempts to rob our meaningful, empowering and loving connection with Source. And, teaches us to align our precious life force energy and creative essence with lower vibrations which keep us prisoner to fear based, depressing, hopeless, wounded, false and isolated ways of thinking - keeping us ignorant of our true self and soul purpose here on earth.

When we pray with an awakened, transcendent consciousness, we reclaim our divine nature. By releasing indoctrinated remorse, guilt and shame our spiritual awareness expands, allowing us to feel profound gratitude and reverence for experiences and lessons learned. This higher perspective, deeper knowing and inclusive understanding allows us to more easily forgive and release past hurts, and to be more fully present as we move forward with renewed wisdom, love and kindness for ourselves, humanity, and existence as a whole.

While praying, stand (i.e. be) in your sovereign power with the Divine.
In atonement, request what you will with thanksgiving, trust and joy.
Having our needs met, knowing we are worthy, and feeling loved
blesses us, but also, heals and restores the collective consciousness.

Truly,
awareness, acknowledgement, adoration and appreciation
in the present moment is the most powerful prayer!

Praying

It doesn’t have to be
the blue iris, it could be
weeds in a vacant lot, or a few
small stones; just
pay attention, then patch

a few words together and don’t try
to make them elaborate, this isn’t
a contest but the doorway

into thanks, and a silence in which
another voice may speak.

कालेश्वर

Kāleśvara Mudra is a sacred doorway....

Mudra मुद्रा in Sanskrit means: sealmark or gesture
Therefore, all mudras act as a 'seal' which join us to the Divine and unify our body, mind and spirit - preventing aspects of ourselves from coming apart. But, Kalesvara mudra, especially so! Notice how Kalesvara mudra creates the shape of a heart, and a temple. Apt, as this mudra represents the home of the divine, and brings peace into our heart to balance and calm our emotions and thoughts. Demonstrating just how nuanced the ancient ways of wisdom truly are: The middle finger represents the heart and the thumb represents the brain! Further, indicating the powerful purpose of this mudra combined with the Ajna: the third eye chakra unites with the heart chakra bringing harmonic healing change to thought and emotion.

Praying or meditating with hands in Kalesvara mudra pose stimulates, activates, unblocks and balances the Ajna Chakra. It also channels energy to the brain which helps with memory, concentration and focus. With practice, it allows one to see through the illusion of time so the will can create desired change NOW - despite past, present or future influence. Because it is known to shift awareness from mental chatter to serenity, it is an excellent self-observational tool. It enables one to make beneficial choices and adopt healthy, new habits, as well as, to release destructive behaviors (such as addiction) and to overcome undesirable traits (like anger or hatred) or unwanted habits (eating too fast, procrastination, etc.). The practice of Kalesvara mudra is also credited with alleviating (and even resolving) psychological issues*1 (such as anxiety, stress & depression) due to its calm, healing effect upon the central nervous system, which soothes disturbing emotions and thoughts, thereby granting a sense of wellbeing.

This shift in awareness seems to increase time, or the sense of space between thoughts and is experienced as a moment of pause in the mental process that allows one to consciously choose, between reaction and response. When this shift is experienced with regularity, the mind is able to enter into and remain in an ever increasing and prolonged state of peaceful clarity - during prayer, meditation and throughout ones daily life. Ultimately, this state of serenity presents a doorway of opportunity for consciousness to enter into Samadhi*2

Before beginning a sacred practice, one must first be willing to commit. To instill a new habit, one must practice daily for 21 days. To release a behavior, trait or habit, one must practice daily for 40-90 days. To strengthen self discipline and stay committed to your practice, it is advised to practice at a pre-set time daily.

Considered a beginner level pose, held from a seated position, prepare for Kalesvara mudra prayer or meditation, by first contemplating your sacred intention. Begin by clarifying what you willingly release, and what you will create to fill the space of its absence: A vow to self.
For example:
During my current 90 day practice, I am releasing unwanted ancestral mental fear programs, and manifesting my dream home, retreat center, and Divine Feminine Church. (I group these three together as I envision them on the same property).

Practice Kalesvara mudra ten minutes a day (for beginners) or twenty minutes (for advanced practitioners)*3. Begin by taking several slow, focused breaths with hands in prayer mudra. Aloud, or quiet whisper, dedicate your practice by speaking your intentions. With hands still in prayer mudra, gently but firmly press together your thumb tips and the tips of your middle fingers. Open to make space between your palms (notice that this creates a yoni shape - Honor the Divine She). Follow by allowing the other fingers to fold down/inward so that the knuckles are pressed together. Lift arms and point elbows out away from the body (butterfly wings), thumbs at heart center (or, lift arms up higher and point thumbs toward third eye chakra). Close your eyes, breathe in and out, slowly and deeply, ten to twenty times. Pause briefly in between each inhalation and exhalation to clear your mind and open your heart. [After ten breaths the arms may tire. If needed, release the position yet keep hands in Kalesvara mudra pose. Rest elbows at the waist and continue silent or OM meditation for at least ten minutes; longer if desired.]. If practicing Kalesvara mudra during prayer, you may prefer to use this variation: Hold the mudra pose in such a way that the temple fingers lie between your eyebrows (as if opening the door to your third eye), the thumbs rest at your chin. This position allows you bow your head and speak softly into the heart shaped opening, while your face gently rests in your hands. Kalesvara mudra may also be practiced with Pranayama, Restorative and Balance yoga. However we apply this powerful mudra, its benefits are a blessing, as it opens a doorway within which inculcates our true value and the value of time  so we can create within ourselves, the joyful life, thoughts and manifested reality we desire to live and be.

May every sacred doorway bring into awareness
all that is Divine within you!

With love and blessings,
Leesa

Samadhi  (Sanskrit: total self-collectedness) is said to be the highest state of mental concentration and awareness of the highest reality that people can achieve while still bound to the body. It is experienced as a still, silent, undisturbed state of profound contemplative unity, or utter absorption into the Absolute Source; A pure awareness without thought or emotion, sometimes experienced during meditation or before death.

My personal Samadhi experience can only be described as pure bliss and pure awareness; a pure innocence with no conscious knowing - meaning no memory of myself, no thought, sound or any other thing of this life - absolutely nothing at all except for being fully present in unity with the Divine: Nirvana immersed in a soft pink cloud...
